This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by Christos Bohoris ("Licensor") and the individual or entity purchasing the Anki flashcard deck ("Licensee"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Anki flashcard deck, Licensee agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Anki flashcard deck for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the deck or any associated content.
Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:
Non-Transferable: Licensee may not transfer, distribute, share, sell, or sublicense the flashcard deck to any third party, including any individuals or entities who have not purchased the deck from Licensor.
No Commercial Use: Licensee may not use the deck for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling, offering it for free to attract business, or incorporating it into other commercial products.
No Modifications or Derivatives: Licensee may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the flashcard deck without the express written permission of Licensor.
Licensee agrees to pay the required purchase price before downloading or using the deck. Access to the deck is provided only after successful payment on buymeacoffee.com/faocrates.
Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in the Anki flashcard deck. Licensee's use of the deck is limited to the terms of this Agreement and does not grant Licensee any ownership or proprietary rights.
Licensee acknowledges that redistribution of the deck, whether for free or for profit, is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of the deck to individuals who have not directly purchased it from Licensor is a violation of this Agreement.
Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the flashcard deck and delete any copies in their possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Licensee acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing or distribution of the deck, may result in legal action being taken by Licensor. Licensee agrees that in the event of such a breach, Licensor may seek injunctive relief and monetary damages, including but not limited to legal fees and costs, in a court of law.
The flashcard deck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor makes no guarantees or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the deck and disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
